Pours an interesting darker colour than average Rosé (red, orange, pink). Well-balanced yeast nose with mild sweetness from the Icewine (honey notes) and very light hints of strawberries (rosé section). The taste has a little bit more punch with the same found in the aromas. Nicely blended mouthfeel between the dry, sweet and yet, refreshing. Quite interesting blended sparkling… worth trying for sure.
