This Chilean sparkling is infused with handpicked Patagonia strawberries. You can see  the berry pulp floating around in the candy-pink red colour. Strawberry nose, but not as sweet as expected. Hints of melon as well. The taste is sweet, but again, not too much and not syrupy. Candy like flavours with the fruit. Refreshing for the summer patios with some yeast on the tongue. Not a great sparkling overall, but good for those who like coolers, except with real fruit.

This VQA white wine has a light golden colour and is composed of 49.2% Chardonnay, 29% Riesling, 16.8% Sauvignon Blanc, 4.4% Musque, 0.4% Pinot Blanc, 0.3% Pinot Noir, 0.1% Pinot Meunier. Sweet and mild sour aromas with hints of pears. The taste is watery and fruity with a tad of sourness on the finish. Was expecting more from this one, but a little too mild overall. Almost has to be drunk at room temperature to enjoyed.
