This Sparkling is a blend of 71% Chardonnay and 29% Pinot Noir. Citrus aromas with some apples. The yeast has nicely disappear. Sweet fruity taste with a some sourness, and very light dryness in the finish. Notes of apples and wood. Pretty well-balanced, but not worth the price. Seems like those not-so refined, sweet easy-to-drink Sparkling that are usually half the price of this one. Also, weird to have a Sparkling without a cork, but a beer bottle cap.

Very light coloured with a little creamy white cap. Apple aromas with a mild sweetness, honey-like. Eventually pears appear. Starts on the sweet taste, but blends in the apples, mild pears and hints of caramel and citrus in the finish. Not overly dry, but overall, a very well-balanced sparkling. Because of its strong flavours, it does tend to get heavy after a glass.

Big creamy foamy head that gives out nice whiffs of apples. The aromas are nicely balanced between the apples and the yeast. Again, loads of apples in the taste, with a sweet middle that ends up short, cut by the light alcohol and yeast. So, lots of different apples all over this Sparkling, with very well-blended yeast. This is quite good.
