This French Sparkling Rosé gives out big aromas of yeast with notes of nuts from the yeast. The taste is lightly balanced between not too sweet, not too dry and not too sour. At this point, if we were blindfolded, we would not know this is a Rosé. Eventually, some hints of strawberries come out, as the wine gets warmer. Tarty yeast lingers. Nothing really exceptional here.

Nice bottle, written blended from Chardonnay and Semillon grapes. Sweet fruity nose with hints of honeydew and cantaloupe. The taste is sweet as well, but not syrupy or offensive. A well-balanced dryness in the mouthfeel makes thing nice to sip. Flavours are fruity, but not as intense as the aromas, and with some mild yeast lingering. This Chile Sparkling is quite good for those who like a fruity one with a nice dry side to it. Very drinkable.
